to the Wind River Development Fund!

The Wind River Development Fund (WRDF) provides local entrepreneurs and businesses with small business training, counseling, and business loans.

WRDF is a private, community development, non-profit (501(c)3) corporation that provides financial opportunities to stimulate economic development on the Wind River Indian Reservation, promoting self-sufficiency, self-determination and an enhanced quality of life for the reservation community. WRDF is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). A CDFI provides financial and development services that are often unavailable from mainstream financial institutions.
