Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is a high-profile position in Wind River Development Fund with significant responsibilities. The position is often the first point of contact for visitors to the organization’s office and building. To be successful, the person in this position must have excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, attention to detail, a proactive approach to identifying issues, and creative problem-solving skills. They must be dependable, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality. The ability to complete tasks on-time with little oversight is key to being successful in this position.

Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships

The Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships is responsible for building and sustaining the organization’s philanthropic, institutional, and strategic relationships. This role will advance Wind River Development Fund’s mission by securing unrestricted and multi-year funding, strengthening national partnerships, and positioning the organization as a model of Native-led economic innovation. This team member will serve as a bridge between Wind River Development Fund and the philanthropic world, fostering relationships rooted in reciprocity, trust, and shared purpose. The position may be based in Wyoming or remote with regular travel to the Wind River Reservation.
