The Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and sustaining the organization’s philanthropic, institutional, and donor relationships. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role will advance the organization’s mission by securing unrestricted and multi-year funding, strengthening national-level relationships, and positioning Wind River Development Fund as a model of Native-led economic innovation. The Manager will serve as a bridge between Wind River Development Fund and the philanthropic world, working with the Executive Director and COO to foster relationships rooted in reciprocity, trust, and shared purpose. This position may be based in Wyoming or remote with regular travel to the Wind River Reservation.
