Our Services

Financial Education

Building financial skills is critical to successfully navigating financial decisions and achieving financial goals. We work with people on developing a budget, making and sticking to savings goals, and learning how to use credit wisely. This knowledge allows for better financial decision-making and creating a financially-secure future.

Business Planning

Our staff members walk side by side with entrepreneurs as they travel their business development path. We help them take their business idea and build out strategies, plans, and financial forecasts so that they can successfully launch into a thriving business. We cover all the bases so that entrepreneurs are prepared for everything involved with starting and operating a business here locally.

Certifications

Our staff is currently certified in the following curricula. We use these educational programs as the basis for our financial education and business planning services.

Indianpreneurship: A Native American Journey into Business

This is a culturally specific course that guides Native entrepreneurs along the path of small business planning using storytelling. Participants complete this course one step closer to their dreams of business ownership with a written business and marketing plan, plus the skills and confidence to accomplish their entrepreneurial goals.

Building Native Communities: Financial Coaching with Families

Coaching is a tool to create connection that supports health, healing, and balance in our relationships with each other and the world around us. Our coaches utilize a model that fosters our clients’ self-leadership, drawing on their innate wholeness, resourcefulness, and creativity to move towards the goals that they have for themselves.

Building Native Communities: Financial Empowerment for Teens & Young Adults

This curriculum is full of knowledge and skill-building information and exercises to empower Native youth to make wise choices when it comes to money and assets. The lessons, centered on cultural values, provide a solid financial foundation, upon which our youth can continue building well into adulthood.
