Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships

The Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships is responsible for building and sustaining the organization’s philanthropic, institutional, and strategic relationships. This role will advance Wind River Development Fund’s mission by securing unrestricted and multi-year funding, strengthening national partnerships, and positioning the organization as a model of Native-led economic innovation. This team member will serve as a bridge between Wind River Development Fund and the philanthropic world, fostering relationships rooted in reciprocity, trust, and shared purpose. The position may be based in Wyoming or remote with regular travel to the Wind River Reservation.

Loan Officer

The primary responsibilities of the Loan Officer are to provide internal and external support of the Wind River Development Fund’s lending operations. This includes overseeing elements of the loan origination, processing, and servicing, ensuring compliance requirements are met, while cultivating viable borrowers, and directly supporting the organization’s clients. They will collaborate with staff and be engaged in community outreach.
