Eligibility

• All individuals living on or near the Wind River Reservation including communities located on the reservation, Lander, and Riverton.
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Verifiable Income
• Credit Review
• Financial or Homeowner’s Education may be required for some applicants
• Improvements on primary residence only
• No previous defaults on a loan

Terms

• Up to 72 months
• Fixed interest rate
• Closing costs may be included in loan amount
• Automatic (ACH) payments required
