The Frank B. Wise Business Plaza has been home to the Wind River Development Fund for over a decade and houses a number of other businesses and educational partners, including the University of Wyoming Upward Bound Program, Blue Mountain Associates Center for Popular Research and Policy, the Red Feathered Eagle Vocational Rehabilitation Program and more. The nearly 15,000 sq. ft. building project was made possible through the Wyoming Business Council and the Economic Development Association funding.
