What We Do
The Wind River Development Fund and the Wind River Sage Fund Inc. are leading many economic development projects in Wind River. Along with our partners, we will be posting Requests for Proposals to support two construction projects, equipment procurement and installations, consulting services, and more. The projects are funded by grants from the Economic Development Administration and the Wyoming Office of Outdoor Recreation. In total, more than $40 million will be invested in the Wind River community over the next five years.
Requests for Proposals
We will be posting Requests for Proposals and other contracting opportunities. All interested companies must meet basic eligibility criteria to work on federally-funded projects, such as: 1) being registered on sam.gov and eligible to receive federal funding, 2) being registered with the Wind River Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) prior to commencing work, 3) providing the highest quality products and services, and 4) the ability to effectively manage contracts within the established budgets.
